YOU
HAVE JUST CONNECTED TO THE BEST-KEPT SECRET AMONG LABORATORY CASEWORK.
Lab
Design has been in the business of manufacturing laboratory casework for over
twenty years. During those twenty years, Lab Design has engineered and perfected
the best line of casework for every usage. The genie has been let out of the
bottle and we would like to introduce ourselves.
Lab
Design offers a complete line of metal, laminate, and stainless steel casework.
Manufacturing is done in our 89,000 square foot facility in Burlington, New
Jersey. Our state of the art facility has twenty-four hour production capability
that permits Lab Design to boast its 6-8 week lead-time. Our shorten lead
times are not for just a few standard cabinets in one or two colors as our
competitors promote, but it is for our complete product line of over 1000
styles of cabinets in 28 standard colors. Lab Design will also entertain the
job needed even faster than six weeks and will offer its guarantee stamp to
insure its completion.
Lab
Design’s line of base cabinets and free-standers consist of widths of 18",
24", 29", 35", 41" and 47" and sinks also having
widths of 53" and 59". Wall cabinets have the same above widths
and the customer has the choice in heights of 24", 30", 36"
and 48". Drawer bodies are equipped with self-closing slides from up
to five inches. Base cabinets have the unique feature of total flexibility
that no other competitor can match. Lab Design’s pilaster system permits the
end user to continually change the cabinets’ interior makeup as his or her
needs change. The pilaster allows a two door base cabinet to change into an
eight drawer unit in a few minutes work. The cabinet will not have to be pulled
out of its installed location, simply purchase the new components, i.e., drawers,
and install the components via the pre-drilled mounting holes covered by the
pilaster system. Therefore money is saved from buying a new cabinet and the
installation of it, and the dollars can be spent on more important needs.
Architects love this flexibility. Flexibility is not only Lab Design’s gift
to the customer. All Lab Design cabinets are seamless and are uni-body construction
for a better appearance and additional strength. Let’s not stop there though.
Lab Design offers two tone coloring of its dry powder epoxy base paint at
no additional upcharge, and specialty cabinets are not turned away.
Lab
Design has strived to be a one step vendor for your new laboratory. We will
outfit your new lab not only with casework, but fixtures, hoods, and countertops
from epoxy to stone to lab grade laminate. Lab Design’s OEM relationship allows
us to give you the best available price to match our cabinetry. Our certified
employee installers (not subcontractors) will take special care installing
your new lab and are available for off-hour installation. The second our installers
leave, Lab Design’s five-year warranty begins. Our five-year warranty covers
all parts and labor and illustrates Lab Design’s goal for complete customer
satisfaction.
If
I have not yet enticed you to call Lab Design for your new lab, maybe this
will. Lab Design offers free design. Our qualified representatives will document
all your needs and relay them to our Engineering Department. Whether it takes
one drawing or ten drawings, design is free. Our AutoCAD 14 system will provide
you with floor plan and elevations free of charge until the design fits your
needs to a T. At that point a proposal will be submitted and hopefully a partnership
will begin.
